Cancellation Policy due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear customer,

Due to the ongoing Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, resorts / hotels cancellation policy changed.

Pleased take note of our updated Cancellation policy with immediate effect applicable for the resort / hotels listed below:

• The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi
• Sun Aqua Iru Veli
• Sun Aqua Vilu Reef
• Olhuveli Beach & Spa 
• Sun Aqua Pasikudah
• Kaani Hotels

** others resorts / hotels will be update soon.

For all new bookings made from today 12th March 2020 to 31st May 2020, covering stay dates until the 31st October 2020, the following cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

• For cancellations received 9 days or more prior to arrival date, there will be NO Charge.
• For any cancellations received between 2 - 8 days from arrival date, there will be a 50% Cancellation Fee.
• Any cancellations received 1 days prior to arrival date or no shows will be charged in full.

This policy is for NEW bookings only and is applicable for all markets.

Existing bookings will remain as per the resort / hotel contracted cancellation policy. 

We accept last minute bookings made 9 days prior to arrival date if room available. Full payment will need to be made to confirm the booking and cancellation policy will be follow as per above.
